Returns & Exchanges 💌 We want you to absolutely love your Freya & Masha piece. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging (box, dust bag, tags, etc.).

🔄Changed Your Mind? Need a Different Size or Style?
We’re happy to help! If you’d like to exchange for another size or product, just reach out. For change-of-mind or size/style/colour based exchanges, return and re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

🧡 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@freyaandmasha.com with your order number, a photo, and a short note. We'll take care of it quickly.
