Shipping policy

Freya & Masha is based in Melbourne, Australia. We currently ship to 29 countries worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered as soon as possible. Shipping cost is calculated at check out. Delivery takes between 5-16 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. 

Please note:
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local VAT and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are collected by your local courier and are not included in your checkout total.
